Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 des directives d\u2019entreprise pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des clients atteints de handicaps, nous avons mis au point des fiches-conseils pour nos \u00e9quipes de production et de marketing, et nous proc\u00e9derons prochainement \u00e0 un audit de notre site web et de nos autres outils de marketing pour nous assurer qu\u2019ils respectent les principes de conception inclusive et accessible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5 % des profits nets vers\u00e9s \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9<\/strong><br \/>Il y a tant d\u2019organisations et de communaut\u00e9s incroyables \u00e0 soutenir et nous pensons que pour orienter les ressources vers un vrai changement social, il faut soutenir les efforts men\u00e9s par les personnes les plus touch\u00e9es par l\u2019injustice. So far, we have developed company guidelines for accommodating clients with disabilities, we have developed tip sheets for our production & marketing teams, and next we will audit our website and other marketing assets to make sure they respect the principles of inclusive & accessible design.<\/li><li><strong>5% of net profits donated to the community<\/strong><br \/>There are so many incredible organizations and communities to support and we believe that moving resources in the direction of social change means supporting the efforts led by people most impacted by injustice. This year, we started a wellness stipend for employees and we have undergone several team reflection sessions on bringing empathy into the workplace.<\/li><li><strong>Home office sustainability<\/strong><br \/>At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic we transitioned to remote work but we did not lessen our commitment to reducing the negative impacts of climate change and pollution. We supported team members in making informed decisions about virtual office sustainability by identifying and sharing environmentally preferred vendors and practices for the home office and beyond. Change starts by understanding what is at stake and what can be done individually and collectively.<\/li><\/ul><p>Our impact strategy holds us accountable for the goals, outcomes, and actions we have committed to.
