The Project Coordinator (PC) is the entry-level role working under the supervision of the Project Manager (PM). You will support the administrative needs of the PM while learning key skills within the Project Management discipline to ensure the success of projects at Phil.
Accountable for project setup, closeout and general maintenance
In partnership with internal team, coordinate and schedule meetings
In partnership with the PM, compile and distribute meeting notes and recaps
Update critical information in the Project Management Information System (Zoho Projects) including tasks, timing, resources and budget information
Organize and distribute financial reporting with the support of the PM
Utilizing timelines and inputs from Account Managers (AMs) and Project Manager, update and maintain internal project status documents
Provide direct support to the PM in the tasks related to the execution of projects
Communicate issues or roadblocks to PM/AM
What will help you be successful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
A maximum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in an agency
A highly organized, process-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize projects with competing priorities and timing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Effective communication skills (written, verbal and active listening)
Proficiency in either French or English, spoken and written. Ideally, bilingual
Basic understanding of online platforms and willingness to learn new Project Management and Financial System software
Demonstrated interest in marketing, advertising and social causes
