Julie has more than 15 years experience in the strategic development and management of capacity strengthening initiatives that reinforce inclusive communities and social change in Canada and internationally.
During her 12+ years at Equitas the International Centre for Human Rights Education, Julie led the strategic development of programs across more than 50 communities in Canada as well as fostered fund development relationships and key partnerships.
With a long track record of supporting organizations in designing processes and programs through an equity and intersectional approach, Julie thrives on co-creating initiatives for greater collective impact.
She is inspired by innovative partnerships between the public, private, and community sectors to collaborate on complex local and global challenges and together advance social change. She can offer significant experience developing successful grant proposals and creatively sharing impact and results to engage the broader community.
