We’re excited to launch the inaugural session of our ED Peer Support Group—a space where you can come together with fellow leaders to share challenges, learn from one another, and build valuable networks.
Why an ED Peer Support Group?
At Phil, we’ve been hearing from Executive Directors like you about the increasingly complex and isolating nature of leadership in the not-for-profit sector. These challenges have been compounded since the pandemic, and we recognize that navigating these difficult waters alone can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’re creating a space for you to connect with peers who truly understand the day-to-day pressures of this work.
Following a recent survey that showed an overwhelming desire for peer support, we’re thrilled to move forward with this initiative. Whether you participated in the survey or are hearing about this for the first time, we encourage you to join us in what promises to be a supportive and enriching experience.

Our first ED Peer Support Group sessions will be offered both in-person and virtually to accommodate everyone:
